Ms. Whyman previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of NFS Leasing and managed NFS Leasing’s in-house legal department. Before joining NFS Leasing, Ms. Whyman was a bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and litigation attorney practicing in Boston.

Dana Calumby is Chief Financial Officer of NFS Leasing, Inc. Ms. Calumby provides strategic and operational leadership and management for all aspects of finance and accounting for the company. Prior to being appointed as CFO, Ms. Calumby served as Vice President of Finance and managed NFS Leasing’s finance and accounting departments. Before joining NFS Leasing, Ms. Calumby held leadership accounting positions at Sperry Products and Advanced Visual Systems.

Cliff Rucker is Founder and Chairman of NFS Leasing, Inc. Mr. Rucker previously served as President of NFS Leasing. Prior to his tenure at NFS Leasing, Mr. Rucker was Founder and CEO of NEXL, a national provider of IT services and outsourcing. Mr. Rucker oversaw the successful sale of NEXL to publicly traded NASDAQ Company MTM Technologies in 2005.

Ashley Gonyer is a Staff Accountant at NFS Leasing, Inc. Ms. Gonyer is responsible for assisting the operations of the company’s accounting team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly financial reporting. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, Inc. Ms. Gonyer held roles primarily in accounts receivable support and payroll compliance. Ms. Gonyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Franklin Pierce University and completed a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

Tomi Donahoe is Controller of NFS Leasing, Inc. Mr. Donahoe is responsible for the handling of financial transactions from day-to-day and month-end close, to audit and tax work. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, Mr. Donahoe served in roles as manager, supervisor, and associate in the business advisory and assurance practice groups at PKF O’Connor Davies. Mr. Donahoe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Endicott College and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Alex Bossone is Associate Counsel of NFS Leasing, Inc. Mr. Bossone is primarily responsible for handling financial transactions and other transactional matters for NFS Leasing. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, Mr. Bossone practiced law at Latham & Watkins LLP and Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Mr. Bossone received a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from The George Washington University and is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar.

Davin Moriarty is an Asset Recovery Specialist & Inside Sales Associate of NFS Leasing, Inc. Mr. Moriarty is responsible for assisting in equipment recovery as well as customer acquisition. Most recently, Mr. Moriarty served with the United States Marine Corps for eight years as a Sergeant, Training Chief, and Infantry Squad Leader.
